Our Role as an Intermediary

 

LBD is an online marketplace that connects independent service providers, or "Pros," with clients in need of their skills. Please understand that we are the bridge—kami po ang tulay—that facilitates this connection. We do not employ the Pros, nor are we responsible for their actions. Your agreement for service is directly with the Pro you hire. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising from the use of the services on this platform.

To ensure your safety and confidence, we provide a secure platform full of vetted professionals. We validate the identification of all Pros, so you know who you are dealing with. This process includes verifying government-issued IDs to help create a community you can trust.

 

User Discretion and Responsibility

 

When you hire a Pro, you do so at your own discretion and discernment. Clients are responsible for verifying a Pro's qualifications, skills, and background. We provide a system for reviews and ratings to help with this, but it is your responsibility to make a well-informed decision.

 

Services and Liability

 

All services listed on this site are provided by independent Pros. LBD does not provide support for the third-party tools or methods that Pros may use to complete their services. We will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of a service transaction between a client and a Pro. We reserve the right to change service listings and revise our policies at any time.

 

Disputes and Our Role

 

While we are not a party to the service agreement, we offer a dispute resolution process. If a dispute occurs, we will act as an impartial third party to weigh in and mediate. We will review all available evidence to ensure that what is right will be followed (kung ano ang tama, iyon ang masusunod). We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts. Our decision in any dispute is final.

All payments are processed securely through trusted, third-party online payment providers to protect your financial information.
